Passionate, dedicated, and addicted to her craft, Victoria knows first-hand the amazing benefits of self-discovery and self-validation. Victoria is a certified Life and Executive Business Coach from Decatur, Georgia (the CEO of Visions of Validation LLC). Victoria is a graduate of Clayton State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and an Associate of Science in Teacher Education from Perimeter College at Georgia State University. In Addition, she obtained her coaching certifications from the ICU Academy. Her other certifications include Child Abuse Recognition and Mandated Reporting, The Brain Matter: Implications for ADHD Intervention, Value Diversity: Blending Culture and Language in the Early Childhood Setting, and Freight Brokerage. Victoria worked in Corporate America for over 16 years and has experience in Customer Service, Dispatch, Management, and Human Resources. After facing unwavering challenges in her career, she decided to separate from Corporate America to ultimately be the change it needed; as a result, Victoria is determined to assist businesses and corporations to eliminate toxic work environments in order to improve employee retention, attract ideal clients, and identify challenges within the establishment to maximize company profit. As a Life Coach, she helps individuals discover themselves, dismantle limiting beliefs, walk in their purpose, and attract healthy relationships to maximize their quality of life, personally and professionally.
Victoria is the Co-host of The Queens Court Podcast and has a Facebook group where she provides content to assist women looking to add value to the individual they strive to be. She is a # 1 International Best-Selling Author in the Anthology Broken Crayons Still Color II, which is compiled of a range of inspirational stories that highlight overcoming adversities. She has also been featured in Shoutout Atlanta Magazine in September of 2021 and is now a writer for SitiGirl Magazine Atlanta.
As your Ms. American Beauties Plus, Victoria has brought awareness to her platform Value and Validity: Finding Clarity During Your Single Season with a concentration on Women’s Empowerment through personal and public interactions, social media, and even through traveling to states such as Nevada, South Carolina, and North Carolina. She is also the recipient of the Jeanette G. Lee Lifetime Achievement and the Great Model Awards. During her reign, Victoria obtained her certification in Domestic Violence Prevention to further serve individuals who have experienced various types of abuse. In July 2023, Victoria was Crown Outstanding Queen of American Beauties Plus and received the Shayla J. Nealy Business Woman of the Year Award.
